Each of our documents has full and detailed text describing decor, fixtures, furnishings and the standard of cleanliness for each room.
We take a comprehensive set of photographs each time we visit a property. These photographs appear in the document immediately after the room/area to which they relate. A link will be provided allowing direct access to the photo folder relevant to each document.
All documents and photographs we create are stored on our secure cloud servers. We retain all data for a minimum of seven years. We can send you a direct link to any folder or document, meaning you can review or download at anytime.
