  • *Produce deposit statement for agent, landlord and tenant
  • * Deal with any landlord / tenant  queries
  • *Arrange for the disbursement of funds
  • * Prepare information for the adjudication in the unlikely event of a dispute

 Each element of our service is optional, so if, for example a landlord or tenant wishes to continue to hold deposits themselves, that's no problem. All parties will receive  a straightforward deposit statement at the end of each tenancy.
